Absolutely. Because I adapt my speaking speed to your level and use crystal-clear pronunciation, beginners are welcome. If you don't understand a word, I will repeat it naturally and write it on the screen so you can follow along easily.

To ensure a high-confidence environment, group sessions (maximum 4 people) are strictly private. I do not match strangers. You must form the group with your own friends, family members, or coworkers who already know each other.

You choose the topic! Thanks to my background as a tour guide and cultural enthusiast, we can talk about travel, history, art, or daily life. If you don't know what to talk about, I will always have an interesting topic ready to start an informal, engaging conversation.

No need to stress about writing. I type new words and phrases on the screen while we talk. Plus, after every session, I will send you a personalized email with all the vocabulary and expressions we covered, so you can review them anytime.

You only need a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a camera. We will connect easily via Google Meet or Zoom.

Standard sessions last 50 to 60 minutes, which is the optimal time for adult learners to stay focused and make real progress without feeling overwhelmed. For best results, I recommend booking 1 or 2 live sessions per week, combined with just 10-15 minutes of reviewing the vocabulary emails I send you daily.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, I enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• More than 24 hours' notice: You can easily reschedule once your session via WhatsApp message without penalty or loss of credit. There are no refunds.
• Less than 24 hours' notice (or No-Show): Late cancellations or missing a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being marked as completed. The class credit will be charged, and no refund or makeup class will be provided.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, I will wait for you on Google Meet or Zoom for the agreed-upon time. Please note that sessions cannot be extended beyond their scheduled end time to accommodate late arrivals.

2. Tutor Cancellations

In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session due to an emergency or illness, you will be notified immediately. Your class credit will be fully preserved, and we will find an alternative time slot that fits your schedule perfectly.
