Join me for a fun half-day cooking class in Puebla, Mexico.

Information

Pick up half day for fun hands-on cooking lessons on the Mexican cuisine arts for 3 hour class with a local cook in Puebla, Mexico. Lety Vergara is an experienced cook that takes you to a traditional local market for a broad overview of local ingredients and flavours before you whip up authentic Mexican dishes. Or, upgrade to "State of Art" seasonal dishes in Puebla Cuisine and spend more time in Lety's kitchen. Enjoy personalized attention on this experience limited to just three up to four people. You will join Lety and her familiy at her house for a hands-on cooking experience and meal over a fun conversation.

Cooking class takes from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm, Monday to Friday, under previous reservation and availability. Kitchen room is limited to a maximum of three people per class although a forth participant may be welcome to join up if all first three participants agree. Prior to the class, there is a guided tour to a local traditional market to experience the gastronomic culture and talk to local vendors.

Class may be taught either in SPANISH or English upon request and each participant will have a printed copy of chosen menu in the requested language. Main course can be selected from some suggested options and depending on option you choose includes a entrance dish, dessert and beverage. Class ends with a taste on cooked menu. Cooking class price includes round trip transportation of participants to/from hotel to cooking class in Puebla or Cholula.
